Join Hands Day

Lutherwood Fellowship Golf Tournament
Camp Lutherwood Fellowship Golf Tournament, presented by Thrivent Financial for Lutherans. Saturday, May 17th at Diamond Woods Golf Course near Junction City, OR. 7:00 am Registration, coffee and devotion, 8:00 Shotgun start. This fundraiser to support Camp Lutherwood will be $400 per foursome (or $100 for individuals) which includes 18 holes of golf; shared cart with GPS tracking (for distance to green, etc); lunch; prizes; raffle ticket; and a great opportunity for fun and fellowship and to support for a wonderful cause!

2008 Summer Ministry Team

Summer Ministry Team As imitators of Christ’s love we are called to serve, not to be served. And amazingly, God calls us by name to be his disciples. What will you do to answer His call? We are searching for college-aged people who are willing to go out on a limb and do the extraordinary life-changing work Jesus calls us to do in His name.

On-Site and Day Camp Counselors, Lifeguards, Cooks, and Site Assistants all play an important part of our summer ministry team. Whether you are on the climbing tower, hiking up to Mountain Village, or playing in the pool, you have the chance teach kids about the life-giving love of Jesus Christ!

Camp Lutherwood Ministries serves children, youth and families across Oregon, Southwest Washington, and Northern California. Lutherwood also serves congregations through Confirmation Camp (camp where the church attends with their youth group) and Day Camp (camp that travels to a church). With both our on site and off site camping programs, you will have the opportunity to work with campers ranging from Pre-School aged through High School as well as adult and family events.

Surrounded by forests, fields, and creeks, 25 miles west of Eugene, serving 1st-12th grades. Programs and traveling Day Camps give campers understanding and experience to passionately live out the Gospel. Cabins, rustic villages, climbing tower, challenge course, creative arts, adventure and leadership. Applicants must love children, have a strong desire to serve and live in community.

We expect our Summer Ministry Team to fulfill the mission of Lutherwood by giving 100%. We expect that team members are teachable and uphold the standards which make Lutherwood an American Camp Association accredited camp. We expect that team members will participate in the life of our Christian community and conduct themselves as responsible, Christ-seeking persons. Lutherwood is an equal opportunity employer. We make most of our staffing decisions at NLOMA joint recruitment in February, but it is never too late to apply.
