Join Hands Day
Join hands with volunteers, Saturday May 10th out at camp. This is a great opportunity to get youth and adults involved in projects together in service. We will begin at 9:00am and work until 3:00pm. Please RSVP at (541) 998-6444 or email office@lutherwood.org if you can attend!

Lutherwood Fellowship Golf Tournament
Camp Lutherwood Fellowship Golf Tournament, presented by Thrivent Financial for Lutherans. Saturday, May 17th at Diamond Woods Golf Course near Junction City, OR. 7:00 am Registration, coffee and devotion, 8:00 Shotgun start. This fundraiser to support Camp Lutherwood will be $400 per foursome (or $100 for individuals) which includes 18 holes of golf; shared cart with GPS tracking (for distance to green, etc); lunch; prizes; raffle ticket; and a great opportunity for fun and fellowship and to support for a wonderful cause!

 

Rentals

Camp Lutherwood is located on 36 acres of forest and wetlands at the base of the Coast Range in Oregon. We have a variety of facilities available year-round for day and overnight use.

  • Our site includes two large activity fields, sand volleyball court, basketball court, and trails for hiking.
  • Our pool is available to rent from May-September
  • We have Wireless Satellite Internet available for free throughout camp, you only need a computer with a wireless card to use it. We also have a great large screen projector in the lodge that can be used for various purposes such as presentations, worship leading, and watching movies.
  • You can use our facilities to cook for yourself, or we can cook for you. Meals are $6 for breakfast, $7 for lunch, $8 for dinner. If you’re interested in us providing meals, please call early so we can arrange for you.
  • Association congregations receive a 20% housing discount.
  • We offer great team and trust building activities on our Challenge Course. Use our low ropes course for $5 per person per hour, or climb our Climbing Tower for $6 per person per hour. For more information, please contact our office.

General Lodging Rates
Dorm Cabins (holds 40 people) $21 per person per night
A-Frame Cabins (holds 48 people) $19 per person per night
RV Site (4 sites) $20 per person per night
Tent Site (100 sites) $8 per person per night
Day Use $5 per person per day

Student Lodging Rates (College Students)

Dorm Cabins $10 per person per night
A-Frame Cabins $10 per person per night
Day Use $5 per person

To rent camp simply contact our office to reserve a date, download the appropriate contract and rental policies below, and read, sign, and return them to camp with a deposit. For more information please call 541-998-6444 or email office@lutherwood.org.


Facilities


Rentals A-frame Cabins
We have two A-Frame cabins, offering dormitory-style housing. Each A-frame can sleep 24 people in bunk beds. A bathhouse is right outside the front door with sinks, toilets, and showers.

Rentals Dorm Cabins
Our four dorm cabins are in our backfield, right next to our pool. Each can sleep 10 people in bunk beds. A toilet, sink and shower are featured in each cabin.

Rentals Lodge
Our lodge has a large stone fireplace, a large meeting and dining area, a full kitchen, two bathrooms, a variety of games, and two small meeting rooms. We have a digital projector, screen, and sound system that can be used for presentations, meetings, or entertainment as well as Wireless Satellite Internet.

RV/Tent Sites
We have several tent and RV sites with full hook-ups. These are available April-September.
