Camp Lutherwood is an American Camping Association Accredited Camp. We are a Lutheran ministry, serving the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America, and the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod, as well as the Body of Christ in Oregon, Washington, and California. We are a non-profit organization committed to serving the Body of Christ through our staff, our programs, and our facilities.

Camp Lutherwood is located 15 miles west of Hwy.99 at Junction City. We are on Hwy. 36 at mile post #37.

Tyler is married to his bride Mindi and has three boys, Tristan, Ethan, & Noah. He is originally from Colorado and has came to Lutherwood from California in March 2008. He has served at four other Lutheran Outdoor Ministry sites and is excited to be an Oregonian.

Meredith was on summer staff in 2006 and 2007. She began serving here year round in September 2007. She grew up in San Diego, CA and has a teaching degree from Concorida University - Irvine, CA. Meredith is here beccause she has a love for children and the outdoors.
Rachel Morris - Director of Programs and Community Life

Rachel was born and raised in Nebraska before finding her way out to Eugene, where she currently resides with her husband, Glenn, their two cats and ever expanding garden. She has a long history with camping ministry and enthusiastically shares her passion for the life-giving message of Jesus Christ. She has a deep love and respect of God's amazing diversity witnessed in the unique people and outdoor creations in this world. Rachel is an advocate for social responsibility. She has spent many hours searching for goods made in countries with labor laws that support the worker. Be BOLD!
Our summer staff are carefully selected, Christian young adults of college age. They bring an excitement for serving God and a love for working with youth. Each staff member takes part in an in-depth application and interview process, followed by an intense training and orientation.
