We have several options for you to register for camp and this is the place to get the forms you need. If you need any
help, let us know because we want to make sure that getting signed up and ready for camp is easy for our parents

1. Register Online
The fastest and recommended way to sign up. Pay with Visa or Mastercard. You will receive a registration confirmation via email once we have processed your payment and placed your camper into their program.

2. Download the Registration Form
Click here for a PDF form that you can print and complete. You can either mail in with a check or credit card number. You will receive a confirmation via email or postal service if you choose.

3. Give us a call at 541.998.6444 - we will complete a form with you on the phone and you can pay with a credit card or send a check.

When your registration is processed in our office, you will receive via email a welcome packet and health form. The health form along with the remainer of your camp fee is due 14 days before the start of your program. But in case you misplaced them or your email blocked them, click below for printable documents.
